Met een bekabelde oplossing kwam hij dus niet weg en, aangezien de mensen gebruik wilden maken van Fontini porceleinen schakelaars, was ook een draadloze oplossing niet van toepassing. digitalSTROM biedt met zijn powerline communicatiesysteem een oplossing voor al deze problemen, waarbij er geen nieuwe kabels getrokken moeten worden of structurele wijzigingen dienen te gebeuren, geen elektrosmog wordt gegenereerd en schakelaars naar keuze kunnen gebruikt worden.
